An allowance may apply monthly or across the full subscription term. Additional posts and extensions may cost extra. See membership details.

Can I advertise different types of work?

Yes. BarBee supports full-time, part-time, seasonal, contract, and last-minute staffing opportunities. Describe the arrangement accurately, including hours, duration, compensation, and any requirements. Employers are responsible for lawful worker classification and employment practices.

How quickly will I receive applications?

Timing depends on your location, the role, compensation, schedule, and available workers. BarBee does not guarantee applications or a filled position within a particular timeframe. For urgent needs, clearly state the shift date, hours, location, and pay.

Does BarBee verify candidates?

Do not assume that a profile, résumé, or certificate has been verified unless BarBee expressly identifies a particular check. Review the information provided, ask relevant questions, and verify necessary qualifications before hiring. Employers remain responsible for any legally required screening.

What information should a job posting include?

Include:
• Job title and primary duties.
• Work location.
• Employment type and expected schedule.
• Compensation and any legally required pay disclosures.
• Relevant experience, licenses, or certifications.
• Start date or specific shift details.

Use lawful, job-related requirements and avoid discriminatory preferences.
