BARBEE INC. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Effective Date: September 15, 2026

Welcome to the hive.

BarBee Inc., operated by BarBee LLC, connects hospitality workers and businesses through job opportunities, professional profiles, and community interaction.

These Community Guidelines explain the behavior we expect from everyone using BarBee. They apply to profiles, job postings, applications, messages, photographs, and other content or activity within the Services.

We may also consider credible reports of off-platform conduct connected to BarBee when that conduct threatens user safety or involves fraud, harassment, or exploitation.

These guidelines supplement our Terms and Conditions. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

RESPECTFUL COMMUNICATION

Treat workers, employers, and other community members with professionalism and respect.

We do not allow:

  • Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or threats.
  • Repeated unwanted contact after someone asks you to stop.
  • Creating another account to bypass a block or restriction.
  • Sexual pressure, unwanted advances, or inappropriate requests connected to a job opportunity.
  • Retaliation against someone for declining an opportunity, rejecting an advance, or making a good-faith report.

Legitimate recruiting, applications, interview arrangements, and agreed workplace visits are permitted. Do not use these activities as a pretext for unwanted personal contact.

FAIR HIRING AND EQUAL TREATMENT

Use BarBee to evaluate opportunities and applicants through lawful, job-related criteria.

Do not unlawfully discriminate based on age, race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.

Job requirements and search criteria must have a lawful basis. Do not use age ranges, maximum-age limits, appearance preferences, profile information, or other characteristics to unlawfully exclude applicants. The availability of a profile field or search tool does not authorize discriminatory use.

HATE, VIOLENCE, AND DANGEROUS CONTENT

We do not allow:

  • Hate speech or content promoting violence against a person or group.
  • Credible threats, intimidation, or encouragement of physical harm.
  • Content promoting terrorism, trafficking, or exploitation.
  • Graphic violence intended to shock, threaten, or glorify harm.
  • Encouragement of suicide or self-harm.

Respectful discussion, support-seeking, and good-faith safety reports are not prohibited merely because they address difficult subjects. Avoid graphic descriptions or imagery that could endanger others.

BarBee is not an emergency service. If someone faces immediate danger, contact emergency services.

NUDITY AND SEXUAL CONTENT

BarBee is a professional hiring and community platform. Nudity, pornography, sexually explicit photographs or videos, and sexual solicitation are prohibited throughout the Services, including private messages.

Do not request sexual favors, intimate images, or romantic contact in exchange for an interview, shift, job, promotion, or other benefit.

Reports concerning sexual harassment or exploitation are permitted. Do not redistribute intimate material as part of a report; describe the concern and identify the relevant account or communication.

LAWFUL AND HONEST JOB OPPORTUNITIES

Employers must have authority to represent the hiring business and advertise the position.

Job postings must accurately describe the opportunity, including duties, location, compensation, scheduling, and required qualifications. Include pay ranges and other disclosures required by applicable law.

We prohibit:

  • Fake, nonexistent, or materially misleading jobs.
  • Misrepresentation of compensation, tips, benefits, or working conditions.
  • Unlawful unpaid work or unpaid trial shifts.
  • Recruitment schemes involving fraudulent checks, gift cards, cryptocurrency transfers, or money forwarding.
  • Requests for payment disguised as a condition of receiving a nonexistent or deceptive job opportunity.
  • Trafficking, forced labor, or other exploitation.

Employers and workers are responsible for complying with applicable employment, wage, workplace-safety, licensing, and work-authorization requirements.

ACCOUNT AGE AND MINORS

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering the Terms and Conditions to create or use a BarBee account. There is no upper age limit.

Individuals under 18 may not use an account, including with parental permission. Do not misrepresent your age or create an account for someone who is ineligible.

Eligibility to use BarBee does not establish eligibility for every position. Employers must verify any lawful minimum age or other requirements for the duties and location.

Do not upload photographs or videos depicting anyone under 18, including in group images or backgrounds. Choose another image or crop the person out completely.

If you reasonably believe an account belongs to someone under 18, report it. Do not continue recruiting or private interaction with that account while the concern remains unresolved, and do not request identification documents yourself.

AUTHENTIC PROFILES AND CREDENTIALS

Represent yourself and your business honestly.

Workers must accurately describe their experience, skills, availability, and credentials. Employers must accurately identify the business they represent.

We do not allow:

  • Impersonation or unauthorized use of another person's identity.
  • Fake businesses or misleading affiliations.
  • Forged résumés, licenses, certificates, or references.
  • Stolen photographs or fabricated work history.
  • Images or content used to misrepresent a real person, workplace, or qualification.

Business logos, venue photographs, and professional images are permitted when you have the necessary rights and permissions.

Submitting a document or displaying a profile does not mean BarBee has verified it. Any verification label applies only to the checks expressly described.

PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACY

Respect other people's privacy.

Do not publish or distribute another person's private contact details, identification documents, financial information, private communications, or other sensitive information without authorization.

Authorized business addresses, business contact details, and legitimate recruiting information may be provided through appropriate fields.

Do not post passwords, verification codes, full payment-card details, Social Security numbers, or government identification documents in public profiles or ordinary messages. Never send another user your login credentials.

Employers may use applicant information only for legitimate, disclosed recruiting purposes. Do not sell, scrape, or repurpose applicant information for unrelated marketing or personal contact.

Preserving relevant communications for a good-faith report or legal process is permitted, subject to applicable law. Avoid publicly exposing sensitive information.

PROMOTION AND SOLICITATION

Employers may promote genuine job opportunities and their business as a workplace through designated features. Workers may describe their skills, experience, and professional qualifications.

We do not allow:

  • Spam or repeated unsolicited promotions.
  • Unrelated sales pitches or deceptive advertising.
  • Pyramid schemes, fraudulent investments, or money-transfer schemes.
  • Malicious links, phishing, or attempts to obtain account credentials.
  • Unauthorized automated messaging or collection of user information.

Relevant business websites and legitimate application links may be shared where permitted by the Services. Links must accurately describe their destination and must not be used to evade these guidelines.

PHOTO AND CONTENT RULES

Use images and other content that are appropriate for a professional hospitality community.

Permitted examples include:

  • Accurate worker profile photographs.
  • Authorized business logos and venue photographs.
  • Relevant images of food, beverages, events, and professional work.
  • Hiring announcements and workplace information.

You must own the content or have permission to use it. Obtain appropriate permission before displaying identifiable people.

Do not post:

  • Images of anyone under 18.
  • Nudity or sexually explicit content.
  • Threatening imagery or graphic violence.
  • Content promoting unlawful drug sales or other illegal transactions.
  • Sensitive personal documents or financial information.
  • Misleading images intended to deceive users.
  • Content that infringes another person's rights.

Context matters. Lawful hospitality content is not prohibited simply because it depicts alcoholic beverages.

REPORTING AND BLOCKING

Report suspected violations through the reporting tools available in the app or email buzzbarbee@gmail.com.

Include useful details, such as:

  • The account or business involved.
  • The relevant job posting, message, or content.
  • What happened and approximately when.
  • Relevant screenshots, with unnecessary sensitive information removed.

You do not need to prove a violation before making a good-faith report. If you are unsure, explain the concern as accurately as possible.

Do not knowingly submit false reports, organize abusive reporting campaigns, or use reporting tools to retaliate against another user.

Use available blocking controls to limit unwanted interaction. Blocking does not prevent every form of contact outside BarBee. Report attempts to bypass a block.

We handle information associated with reports according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. We cannot promise complete anonymity in every circumstance.

ENFORCEMENT AND ACCOUNT REVIEW

Depending on the nature, severity, and frequency of a violation, BarBee may:

  • Request that content or behavior be corrected.
  • Remove content or job postings.
  • Restrict particular features.
  • Temporarily suspend an account.
  • Permanently terminate access.

Serious threats, exploitation, fraud, or other urgent concerns may result in immediate action without advance warning.

Where appropriate, we may preserve relevant information and report suspected unlawful conduct to the proper authorities. Decisions about criminal charges belong to the appropriate authorities.

We may also restrict access while reviewing a credible safety or eligibility concern. Such a restriction does not itself establish wrongdoing.

Enforcement actions remain subject to applicable law and the Terms and Conditions, including any mandatory refund rights.

Requesting Review: If you believe an action was taken in error, email buzzbarbee@gmail.com with your account email, a description of the action, and information supporting your request.

Do not create another account to bypass a restriction while a review is pending.

UPDATES TO THESE GUIDELINES

We may update these guidelines as the Services develop or new safety and legal requirements arise.

We will update the effective date and provide notice of material changes as described in our Terms and Conditions. Urgent safety or legal concerns may require immediate action.
